WHY LISN?
Low Income Spay & Neuter (LISN) is an SPCA of Polk County community program, aimed at helping you!
If you are a low income household, you may benefit from a discounted spay or neuter for your pets. This program helps reduce animal over population in your community and may help keep your pet healthy.
Fix a Feral or Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR), is an SPCA of Polk County community program, aimed at reducing feral cat populations in your community.
When funds allow, we trap, spay or neuter, vaccinate and return the cat to its colony to live a healthy life.
Your support will help reduce over population.
