Adopt your forever friend on August 1st for just $1. To celebrate the birthday of rescue dogs with North Shore Animal League America on #DOGust1st, we encourage you to #GetYourRescueOn, adopt from the SPCA of Polk County, from 12pm to 6pm, all dogs adoptions are $1.
