WHAT IS LISN?
Low Income Spay & Neuter is an SPCA of Polk County community program, that provides pet owners with an affordable spay and neuter voucher service.

If you qualify, your pet may be eligible to be spayed or neutered at a highly discounted rate with our network of veterinary clinics in Polk County.
By ensuring your pet is spayed or neutered, you help become part of the solution to animal over population.
It helps reduce unwanted litters, abandoned animals and costs, it also reduces the risks of pregnancy related health issues for your pet.
WHY LISN?
In order to qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

Your household income is less than $35,000 per annum

You can provide proof of your income

you can provide a photographic ID

you can pay $25 for a voucher
